Finance Officer
Barbara MacPhail is the Finance Officer with responsibility for accounts administration and student finance.
Before coming to HTC in 2008, Barbara worked for 20 years in the country sports industry. She likes to keep fit and in her spare time she enjoys being outdoors walking, cycling or skiing.
