Andrea Sillars

Mrs Andrea Sillars was brought up in Inverness before pursuing her education in Glasgow at the University of Strathclyde where she obtained a BA (Hons) in Geography and an MSc in Human Resource Management.  She returned to the Highlands in 1994 taking up the post of Personnel Officer at Moray College where she also lectured in Human Resource Management on a part-time basis.  Andrea was then employed as the Director of Human Resources for Northern Constabulary from 2001 until 2014.  She is currently the Head of HR and Facilities at Highland Hospice.

Andrea is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and in her spare time as well as being a member of the Board of Governors of Highland Theological College UHI is also a member of the Employment Tribunal Service.

Andrea is married with three children and worships at Hilton Church in Inverness.
