Postgraduate Seminar with Dr Mark Stirling: ‘Divine fullness, ἁρπαγμός and kenosis in Philippians 2'

Our next postgraduate seminar will take place on Wednesday 8th March, at 3:45pm (GMT)

Our next Postgraduate seminar will feature Dr Mark Stirling, who will be presenting on 'Divine fullness, ἁρπαγμός and kenosis in Philippians 2.'

Mark Stirling is a former medical doctor who pioneered work amongst university students with the Navigators in Edinburgh from 1998 to 2004. In 2007 he completed an MA in Exegetical Theology at Covenant Seminary in St Louis and in 2011 gained a PhD in Biblical Studies from St Andrews University, his thesis examining issues of discipleship and maturity in Ephesians. Mark ministered in St Andrews, where he has been involved in leading a new church (Cornerstone St Andrews) and developing the work of the Chalmers Institute. Mark has moved on from St Andrews, and now lives in the Highlands to facilitate a growing partnership between Chalmers and Highland Theological College.

It will be an insightful session, with opportunities to participate in the discussion and ask questions. The seminar will meet in-person at our dingwall campus, with others joining virtually. Get in touch to register your interest.
