The HTC Learning Centre is the local access point for UHI in Ross & Cromarty. We are pleased to provide a range of taught and self study courses from non - certified leisure classes to BA degree level.  There are also a full range of facilities including PCs; library and quiet study areas for those wishing to pursue their own courses, such as with the Open University.
