Governance

The Chairman of both the Trustees and the Board of Governors is the Rev Alex Murray, retired Minister of the Associated Presbyterian Churches congregation in Lairg. Hector Morrison is the company secretary.

The governance structure of HTC is headed by the Highland Theological Trust (Scottish Charity Registration No. SCO 22838). In order to run the college, the Trustees have formed Highland Theological College Ltd. (Company No. 149728, Registered at Companies House, Edinburgh, 18th March 1994).
