Each college within the UHI network is self-governing, with its own board of management. HTC is a company limited by guarantee, the Members of which are appointed by resolution and who, in turn, appoint the Governors to the Board where they function as the company directors. Highland Theological College is a registered Scottish company (No. SC149728) and a Scottish Registered Charity (No. SC029190).
